Shipping Policy
At Monkey Ads, we provide high-quality digital marketing and creative services tailored to each client’s needs. As we offer intangible services rather than physical products, our “shipping” refers to the delivery of services, campaigns, and digital assets through online channels.
1. Service Initiation
Service delivery begins after the successful completion of onboarding and payment as per the agreed proposal or contract.
Once the scope is finalized, we share a detailed timeline and workflow with the client.
2. Mode of Delivery
All services are delivered digitally through online platforms such as:
Email communication
Google Drive / Cloud sharing
Project management tools (e.g., Notion, ClickUp, Trello, etc.)
Advertising dashboards (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
No physical shipping is involved.
3. Timelines
Project timelines vary based on service scope, such as branding, ad campaigns, video shoots, or content calendars.
The delivery timeline varies based on project to project and is discussed at the time of finalization of the order.
Estimated delivery timelines are shared during the proposal stage and are mutually agreed upon before starting.
Delays may occur due to pending client feedback, approvals, or unforeseen circumstances, and will be communicated proactively.
4. Client Responsibilities
For smooth delivery of services, clients are expected to:
Provide necessary information, content, and approvals on time.
Grant timely access to relevant ad accounts, websites, and tools.
Adhere to the agreed feedback cycles to avoid timeline extensions.
5. Completion & Handover
Upon completion of the agreed services or campaigns, all relevant digital deliverables (creative files, reports, strategies, etc.) are shared with the client digitally.
For ongoing retainers, delivery happens on a monthly or milestone basis.
6. Non-Delivery or Delay
If a service cannot be delivered due to internal issues, Monkey Ads will provide alternate solutions, revised timelines, or partial refunds where applicable (as per terms of the contract).
Delays due to client non-responsiveness or scope changes do not qualify for refunds.
7. For International buyers
At Monkey Ads, we offer digital marketing and advertising services. Since we do not sell or ship any physical products, all our services are delivered digitally through email, online platforms, and other agreed digital communication channels.
Once your order is confirmed and the payment is successfully processed, our team initiates the onboarding and project setup process as per the timelines discussed during order confirmation. The exact delivery schedule for campaigns, strategies, or services will depend on the scope of work and is communicated clearly during the project kickoff.
We make every effort to deliver our services on time. However, Monkey Ads is not liable for delays that occur due to factors beyond our control, such as delays in client feedback, approvals, or unforeseen technical issues.
All service updates, reports, and deliverables will be shared with you on the registered email address provided at the time of onboarding.
