The above pricing plans have been designed out of our years of experience in digital marketing.
There will be certain businesses where we may need more Research in the content making, the charges for such businesses will be subject to the same.
The video content mentioned above is not applicable to jewelry or similar businesses.
For foreign country orders or other states of India, the charges for the content in the local language will be additional.
An approximate annual budget of at least Rs. 50 to 60 lakh + GST is expected for the growth pack of digital marketing which tentatively includes digital marketing + website + corporate film/sales film.
Disclaimer
1.The client and their team will be having the admin rights & credentials of their social media accounts. So, all of them must comply with the safety norms as mentioned but not limited to a very strong password and two factor authentication.
2.The client and their team will ensure that they will not be clicking on any links or installing any software in their devices from similar looking spammers, unknown or phishy sources. If there is any breach of security done, then it might result in unauthorised spends, losing of access of their social media pages/accounts or both; and kindly please note client and their team will be solely responsible for any such damages.
3.The client and their team will refrain from sharing any data of their customers for Custom Targeting. They will be guided by our team to upload the data directly in Meta or Google as required.
Terms & Conditions
1.Responsibility of information provided by you or your company representative to be 100% authentic and true will be in your scope.
2.Payment Terms: 2-Monthly Advance
3.Any extra work requested outside of the scope of this agreement will be subject to a new evaluation and additional charges as applicable.
4.In the case of project cancellation, the client will pay for all work hours that have already been completed.
5.Above rates are applicable for a minimum duration of a 1-year association.
6.Raw Images, Photographs, and Videos related to company work shall be provided by the client as and when required.
7.Service and Support shall be provided during working hours & working days (Mon to Fri). Any task assigned on a non-working day will be taken into action on the next working day or as per available slot depending on the work pipeline.
8.The designs created will be for Social Media only. Any other format of the design is not included in the deliverable.
9.Boost Budget on any portal will be in the scope of the client and will be directly paid from the client’s credit/debit card.
10.The terms and conditions mentioned on this quote will be considered for the association within the date of validity of the quote.
11.If the order is confirmed based on this estimate, then the deliverable will be as mentioned and understood via or in association with this estimate for the given order even if the deliverable is updated in our new sales communication or on our website.
12.Post the date of validity, the terms and conditions and the pricing may be subject to change at the sole discretion of Surbhi Palak Ventures.
