Challenge
In July 2025, DRC experienced a sharp decline in visibility across Meta platforms due to reduced ad delivery and delays in creative approvals. Despite posting reels, static content underperformed, and key deliverables like WABA campaigns were pending client-side action.
Action
Here’s what was executed:
- Published high-performing Instagram and Facebook reels, with reels generating the highest views (147.5K and 66.7K on Instagram; 149.7K and 67.8K on Facebook).
- Focused on relatable, story-driven content instead of purely product-based visuals
- Maintained LinkedIn organic activity, which led to over 1,880 impressions and a 166.7% rise in reactions
- Delivered consistent YouTube Shorts, with one video alone reaching 8.6K views
- Kept Google My Business profile active, resulting in a 27.5% increase in profile interactions YoY
Result
- Organic views on Instagram rose by 19.8%, even as ad views dropped
- Facebook interactions increased by 9.8%, despite a 77.2% fall in total views.
- Meta ads generated 490 leads, with the lowest CPL at ₹42.92 in one campaign, with an average CPL of ₹170.96
- LinkedIn and GMB became strong organic touchpoints, reflecting a shift in digital user behavior.
